Refund Policy

CyberSecurityTrain is confident in the quality of its training. If you face a genuine issue related to course delivery, mentoring support, or promised outcomes that we are unable to resolve, a refund will be provided as per this policy.

Refund and cancellation terms

• Demo classes are free and non-refundable
• Refunds may be declined once LMS access or recorded materials are shared
• Certification voucher fees (if issued) are non-refundable
• Refund decisions are at management discretion unless otherwise stated in writing
